1. Data we process

Depending on how you use LuckyLine, we process account identifiers, name, email, phone number, date of birth, profile and address details; authentication and session data; ticket selections, draw participation, simulated balances, payments and prize records; support communications; and technical security records such as IP address, timestamps, user agent and request metadata.

2. Why and lawful bases

We process data to provide requested account and demonstration functions, secure the service, prevent abuse, answer enquiries, keep appropriate records, and comply with law. Depending on the activity, the GDPR basis is performance of a contract or steps requested before it, legitimate interests in operating and securing the demo, compliance with legal obligations, or consent where specifically requested.

3. Payments and recipients

Stripe supplies the test payment interface and receives payment-related and device information directly. We do not intend to receive full card numbers. Data may also be processed by hosting, security, email and professional-service providers acting under appropriate terms, or disclosed where required by law.

4. International transfers

Some service providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where required, transfers must use an adequacy decision, approved contractual safeguards, or another lawful GDPR transfer mechanism.

5. Retention

Data is kept only as long as needed for the purpose collected, security and dispute handling, demonstration administration, and applicable legal obligations. Retention is assessed by data category, account status, risk and statutory requirements. Prototype data may be periodically reset.

6. Your rights

Subject to legal limits, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or objection; withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing; and complain to the Irish Data Protection Commission. We may need to verify identity before acting on a request.

7. Security and automated processing

We use access controls, HTTPS, secure cookies, CSRF protection, transaction controls and monitoring appropriate to the demonstration. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Draw and ticket status logic is automated, but the demo does not make a legal or similarly significant decision about you.

8. Children and updates

LuckyLine is restricted to adults aged 18 or over and is not directed to children. We may update this notice when features, providers or laws change; the date shown on this page identifies the current version.
