1. What cookies are
Cookies are small values stored by a browser. Similar storage can perform related functions. Some are strictly necessary to deliver a requested service; optional technologies generally require clear information and valid consent.
2. Necessary cookies
LuckyLine uses a session cookie to keep users signed in and retain short-lived workflow state, and a CSRF cookie or token to prevent forged form submissions. Authentication and security controls will not work correctly if these are blocked.
- Session: account login and temporary ticket workflow
- CSRF: form and AJAX request protection
- Security state: replay and payment-request protection
3. Third-party content
Stripe test components may use storage necessary to provide and protect the payment interface. Google Fonts receives a request from your browser when fonts are loaded, which can include technical connection data such as an IP address. Links to other sites are governed by their own notices.
4. Optional cookies and consent
We currently do not intentionally deploy analytics, behavioural advertising or personalisation cookies in LuckyLine. If optional technologies are added, they should remain off until the user makes a freely given choice, with equally accessible accept and reject controls and a way to change that choice.
5. Managing storage
Browser settings can show, block or delete cookies. Blocking necessary storage may sign you out or prevent purchases and forms from functioning. Closing a session does not necessarily delete all browser cookies immediately; expiry depends on the cookie and browser.
