1. Bookings<\/h2>\n \n\n \n

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to decline a booking where we believe we cannot safely or appropriately meet a cat’s needs.<\/p>\n \n\n \n

2. Owner Responsibilities<\/h2>\n \n\n \n
  • You must provide accurate contact information and emergency details.<\/li>
  • You must disclose any medical conditions, behavioural concerns, dietary requirements or medication needs.<\/li>
  • You must ensure your cat meets our vaccination and health requirements before arrival.<\/li><\/ul>\n \n\n \n

    3. Health and Vaccinations<\/h2>\n \n\n \n

    We may require proof of vaccination and reserve the right to refuse admission where health or vaccination requirements are not met. Cats should arrive in good health and free from contagious illness.<\/p>\n \n\n \n

    4. Payments<\/h2>\n \n\n \n

    Prices, deposits and payment deadlines should be clearly stated here. Update this section with your actual payment terms, including whether balances are due before arrival, on arrival, or at another stage.<\/p>\n \n\n \n

    5. Cancellations<\/h2>\n \n\n \n

    Please add your cancellation notice period, refund policy and how deposits are handled in the event of cancellation or a shortened stay.<\/p>\n \n\n \n

    If a cat becomes unwell or requires urgent treatment, we may seek veterinary attention and attempt to contact you as soon as possible. You agree to be responsible for related veterinary costs unless otherwise stated.<\/p>\n \n\n \n

    7. Personal Items and Food<\/h2>\n \n\n \n

    You may provide your cat’s own food, bedding or comfort items where agreed. While we take reasonable care, we cannot guarantee against wear, loss or damage to personal items.<\/p>\n \n\n \n

    8. Liability<\/h2>\n \n\n \n

    Nothing in these terms excludes liability where it cannot legally be excluded. Otherwise, update this section so it accurately reflects the scope of your business responsibilities and any limitations permitted by law.<\/p>\n \n\n \n
