Package pricing includes the setup, configuration, design, and launch of a professional WordPress website based on client-supplied content and requirements.
The Website Launch Programme is designed for standard business and e-commerce websites that can be completed within the agreed four-week development schedule as entirely new builds.
Existing website transfers, migration work, and registered-domain takeovers are not processed through these package orders. Projects requiring specialist functionality or significant custom development may require a separate quotation. Where additional requirements are identified, these will be discussed and quoted separately before any work is undertaken.
Content and branding assets required to complete the project, including text, logos, artwork, photographs, and other media, should be provided by the client where available.
Where such materials are not available, we can assist the client in developing content and sourcing suitable assets. However, the client remains responsible for reviewing, approving, and providing final sign-off on all content, imagery, branding materials, and website functionality before launch.
The client is solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legal compliance of all information published on the website.
The standard four-week development schedule begins once all required content, branding materials, and project information have been received. Delays in providing content, approvals, feedback, or requested information may result in an extension of the project timeline.

Every Website Launch Package includes 12 months of technical support covering:
Where technical support includes setting up a new page or styling content, all text, imagery, and other content must be supplied by the client.
Technical support does not include:
Minor on-page content styling adjustments and minor brand changes may be accepted where they remain within the support scope.
Monthly care includes core WordPress updates, plugin review updates, loading speed review with media optimisation where needed, and accessibility review.
It does not include:
All support and care requests are reviewed to determine whether they fall within scope. If a request is declined, a valid reason will be provided. Additional work outside the scope of the included Website Care Package will be quoted separately.
Domain registration includes one standard domain extension such as .com, .ie, .co.uk, .de, .gr, and most national country-code domains, subject to availability. Premium domain extensions and premium-priced domains are excluded.
Renewal costs for domains, SSL certificates, email services, and any third-party subscriptions after the initial 12-month period are not included in the package price. Hosting and support continuation is optional after 12 months and is billed separately if the client decides to continue.
Development projects must be completed within a four-week project window. Clients are responsible for providing required content, branding assets, imagery, approvals, and feedback during the development process.
Website copywriting, photography, marketing materials, and legal review services are not included unless specifically quoted.
Premium plugins, third-party software subscriptions, stock photography, specialist integrations, advertising costs, and any licensing fees are not included unless specifically quoted.
